OUR MISSION & VISION
Goldie's Adult Medical Daycare is dedicated to enhancing and maintaining the quality and dignity of life for disabled and elderly adults through community based health care, nursing interventions, social and recreational programs, advocacy, and supportive and rehabilitative day curriculums.
We endeavor to create an atmosphere of community where every participant is respected and valued and becomes a contributing member of the whole. We affirm the worth and dignity of each person in a welcoming, nurturing, and safe environment. And everything we do, we conduct ourselves with compassion, caring, patience, understanding, determination, and the highest standards of safety and professionalism, to support and improve the well being and quality of life for those we serve.
Goldie’s provides a cost effective long term care alternative for adults of all ages, 18 and older. We administer nursing care, meals, transportation, and therapeutic activities, among other services listed below, in a safe and structured home like environment.
Transportation

Handicap accessible transportation to and from home and medical appointments, as needed.
Activities
-
Our full time activities coordinator is responsible for developing a diverse program of games, group activities, artistic projects, and field trips to stimulate and entertain participants.
Meals
-
Nutritious and delicious breakfast, lunch, and snacks. Modified as needed for dietary restrictions and requirements.
In House Therapy & Care
-
We provide access to an in house primary care medical professional, as well as occupational, physical and mental health therapists.
Social Work Services
-
Our on site social worker provides assistance with coordination between care providers, clients, insurance, and government entities
Use of In-House Equipment
-
Crutches, walkers, etc. are available to participants as needed.
Referral to Specialty Services
-
Our in house medical professional refers participants to a variety of specialty services, including: psychiatry, oncology, gynecology, cardiology, speech therapy, and podiatry.
Routine Medical Care
-
Participants have access to routine medical care such as wound care, diabetic levels checks, blood pressure monitoring, medication management, and other services as needed or by referral.
